Our new Referral Program is a business to business program which rewards our current clients with credits for referring new clients. Feel free to refer as many people as you want. There is no limit, so the more you refer, the more you earn!

Terms of tintedPixel Referral Program

Commissions
Receive 10% of gross contract amount of any and all design and development services rendered in referred client's initial contract agreement. Payment by referred client must be received in full by tintedPixel before referral commissions can be issued. All payouts are made in the US dollar, typically being received by referrer between three (3) to four (4) weeks following full payment made by referred client.

Referral Credits
You have the option to substitute cash for services, increasing the value of your referral credit by 5%! Simply tell us that instead of receiving a 10% commission, you wish receive a 15% referral credit towards services. Saving money is easy with tintedPixel! The process is as simple as referring someone to us and reaping rewards. If the referral leads to a sale, you gain a discount towards your own development needs or current balances.

Authorization of a Referral
1) ANY AND ALL REFERRALS THAT ARE TO BE OFFICIALLY GIVEN CREDIT BY THE TINTEDPIXEL REFERRAL PROGRAM MUST BE DOCUMENTED AND AGREED TO BY THE REFERRED CLIENT IN THE INITIAL CONTRACT SIGNED BY THAT CLIENT. IF THERE IS NO DOCUMENTATION OF THE REFERRAL IN THE INITIAL CONTRACT, THEN TINTEDPIXEL IS NOT OBLIGATED TO PROVIDE ANY COMPENSATION FOR THE REFERRAL, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFICALLY DOCUMENTED TINTEDPIXEL.
2) Referral payouts are awarded for INITIAL agreement/contract with referred client only. Any upgrades to initial services rendered by tintedPixel will not be considered a referral, and the referrer will not be awarded any referral payouts for those services rendered.
3) If you choose to substitute a cash payout for services, all referral service payouts are redeemable for up to one year after your last referral was made. For example, if you made a referral but did not make another referral within a year and did not redeem your credit for tintedPixel’s services, your remaining credits would have expired exactly one year after that last referral was made. However, if you made a referral and proceeded to make another referral within a year thereafter, ALL your referral credits are good for redemption for at least one year from the date of that last referral.
4) tintedPixel reserves the right to change or modify this program without notice. tintedPixel has sole authority over the referral process and all aspects of the program are governed by tintedPixel management. tintedPixel shall be the ruling authority over any and all disputes and any decisions made by tintedPixel are final.
