Description

We are looking for a full-time Web Developer with strong PHP/MySQL skills and experience with developing e-commerce and CMS applications. This position requires a person with at least 3 years of RECENT professional level website development experience. Agency experience preferred.

Ideal candidate will:

be able to implement front/back-end applications and user interfaces by developing both client- and server-side code.
have the ability to make sound judgments in the trade-offs between procedural and object-oriented coding due to project requirements.

Skill Requirements:

Experience with PHP/MySQL, AJAX, DHTML, CSS and XML.
Comfortable developing in a *nix environment.
Developed understanding of web standards and SEO techniques.

Interactive Producer Position

Description

We are looking for a talented Interactive Producer (client services/project manager). The interactive producer will be the conduit for the flow of information among clients, creatives, programmers and senior team. Responsibilities include managing resources, developing project schedules, owning partner/vendor relationships, creating the production estimate and seeing the project through to completion on time and within budget.

Ideal candidate will:

Be a decisive and diplomatic team player with solid problem solving skills
Manage expectations of internal and external resources and clients
Work with internal teams and customers to develop project plans, deliverables, and timelines
Participate in team meetings to obtain updates, discuss issues and manage schedules
Work with a team of developers and creatives to maintain the critical path
Keep projects on schedule by resolving unexpected glitches
Escalate issues not resolved within the project team that impact the schedule or deliverables
Update project schedules on weekly basis and communicate changes to project team
Reset expectations when compromises are made to scope or schedules

Requirements:

Solid knowledge of project management fundamentals
Experience working with web-based applications and tools
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Experience juggling multiple projects and priorities in fast paced environments
Fluency in reading, interpreting, and writing technical information
Strong communication and facilitating skills are a must!
Expertise in current Rich Media technologies, and the capabilities and limitations of online media.
Mac and PC proficiency.

Qualifications:

3+ years experience as an AGENCY Project Manager or Producer
3+ years in multimedia design or website development.
